For some when they hear the name Africa they start imagining a jungle but African countries like Zimbabwe are way much more than that!

Zimbabweans do not give up, they are stubborn, and that is one of the hardest facts there is. Zimbabwe shamefully still has some areas where women are looked down upon but these women are not afraid to rise and object.

FEARLESS is one descriptive word that suits Zimbabweans. They speak up for what they believe is right, are not afraid of what might come against them and never silence themselves until they get justice.

They do not care about some mockery and they most definitely do not give in to discouragement. Since they gained their independence they have always kept it.

These citizens do not take orders from anyone who has no right to push them around.

Their rights always come first no matter what. Some say they are quick tempered or aggressive when you trash their country or president but the truth is that they are just protective.

Zimbabwe has some of the largest diamond deposits in the world. It is the only country in the world that has walls and structures built without mortar and have stood for many years.

It has the biggest natural waterfall in the world and Zimbabweans are proud to call it theirs but the thing they are mostly proud of is their culture, their traditions and mother tongue. Zimbabwe is trying by all means to make sure that every child gets the right to education, every adult gets an opportunity to get a profession and that everyone gets a roof above their heads. They give their all and strive for development.

Zimbabwe is truly a united nation, which strengthens and empowers them. They have shown that Zimbabwe is not how it is seen in the eyes of racists and critics.

They just try to show the world that they are greater than how they are seen as and thought to be. Some Zimbabweans have left the country to showcase their talents to people who never seem to understand the true meaning of an African.

Zimbabweans are not ashamed to reveal their background or nature. It is shocking that these citizens are so welcoming, show hospitality and accept foreigners with warmed hearts but yet do not receive the same treatment.

Zimbabwe will never tire until it achieves its goal and that is to rise against being taken for granted. This mission is what enables Zimbabwe to be called truly UNIQUE!
