LIFE is all about perspective. Most of what we fuss and worry about changes when our perspective also changes. Do you remember some of the challenges you faced when you were still in primary school? What gave you headaches and sleepless nights? Now that you are older I am sure you actually laugh at yourself.

For those who have been married for some years, soon after marriage there were issues that you would fuss over but now you realised that some things are not worth the effort. Many companies have got loss control departments to control and reduce pilferage and loss to the company. I would like to believe that when loss occurs it gives one a chance to examine their perspectives and priorities.

In view of what has been happening this year particularly in Zimbabwe with the loss of life, the hardships and most recently Cyclone Idai.

I want to encourage you to count your blessings and to invest in value. Make this coming week a valuable one, make memories that last, make a positive impact on someone’s life.

Many went to bed procrastinating and believing that tomorrow was guaranteed. Alas it was not so. There is always a silver lining when dark clouds are around you.

Focus on the light and the darkness will begin to fade away. You are alive for a reason, in Jeremiah 29:11, our Heavenly Father told us that He has a good plan for us. As Isaiah 46:10 and Psalm 30:5 assures so long you are in God when things go bad be sure to know that there is a plan to make things better. God is never surprised or confused, He holds all things in His hand.

Stay strong and stay blessed.
