DISCOVERING your true identity in life is very crucial, yet most people struggle to come to that realisation.
Without knowing who you are, it is difficult to know your true purpose. God created each one of us with a special purpose.
We are unique in our own way, no matter how people see or rate us.
Just like a human body, each part is equally important. Therefore, one cannot despise other parts of the body; they help make the body functional. So, in a similar manner, if we are able to identify who we really are and we sit on our position, do our assignment and fulfil our purpose, then no one will be able to compete with us or serve like we do.
The biggest issue is we do not know ourselves; we do not know what we were created for. This is the reason why we see people toiling the whole day, month, year without meaningful returns, all the while comforting themselves with platitudes such as “murombo munhu”.
I do not believe God created anyone to suffer. Some people choose to blame their families for their poverty. This is wrong. You can still make it in life even if you were born in the poorest of families. The choice to become successful lies with you and you are the one who makes that decision.
You should know that you can become who you are meant to be.
There are numerous testimonies of people who came from the poorest of families and became millionaires and billionaires. You are no exception.
Bring out the millionaire or billionaire out of that person called you.
It is not your family background that counts, but your passion and zeal to become who you really are.
Take time to search yourself. Who are you? What benefit can the society or the world get from you?
What difference can you make in this world? If God looks at you, what is it that you would have done that can make him say aha! and smile?
You see, the primary purpose in life is not about making money.
It is not about money; let money be a benefit after serving your purpose. You can always find other ways to make lots of it, but always remember your purpose.
Someone is waiting for you somewhere, so your purpose can make a difference in their life. And one day just be careful, God will ask you about those souls that were meant to be changed by your purpose and yet you sat on it and never did anything about it.
To help you discover who you are, this has to come from both your head and heart. The two things have to be aligned.

Discovering yourself or your true identity is the key to fulfilling your destiny. It is a journey that doesn’t happen overnight. So take time reflecting deeply from within you and accept that there are many good things you can discover about yourself.
You will also see that knowing who you are and what you stand for in life can help boost your self-confidence. This can also assist you to know the origin of your fears and how to overcome them. Always remember that knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.
