NEW: Rocky long-distance relationship inspires singer

BUDDING hip-hop artiste Herbert Kudakwashe Kugotsi is set to release a new love song this month.

The 20-year-old said the track was inspired by personal experiences involving a long-distance relationship.

“It is just an experience that I portrayed through song. Most people come across those types of circumstances,” said Kugotsi.

“The song ‘Bianca’ is based on a true story. I had a special someone in my life but distance became a barrier.” The song was produced by Bleqboi the Dan, who has worked with artistes such as Busiso, Saintfloew and Poptain in the past.

A recently released teaser of the song is already getting positive feedback on social media.

“I am so excited about the feedback I am getting from fans through the snippet I released.

‘Bianca’ will be out soon, and we are also working on the video.

“We hope to release the track at the end of this month (February). If that does not happen, then the first week of March,” he said.

“The support I get from my fans keeps me going.”

The hip-hop singer has so far released “Chiedza” (2021), “Dai Uripo” (2021), “Busy” (2022), “Dira Rizare” (2022) and “Easy” featuring Busiso (2022).
