THE 2023 Northern Region Soccer League (NRSL) kicks off on Friday when Ngezi Platinum Stars U-19 host PAM at Baobab Stadium.
Title contenders Golden Eagles and Herentals U-20 clash at Ellis Robins on Saturday.
Herentals U-20 were runners-up to Simba Bhora last season, while Eagles fizzled towards the end to finish third in a tightly contested race.
The teams will battle for the sole ticket to the Premier Soccer League.
