JUST In Time Musical Group, in collaboration with popular dance group IYASA, has dropped a new song titled “Zvakabhadhara”.

The jam, meant to encourage people to work hard and never despair during these Covid-19 times, is accompanied by a vibrant video with the popular dance group showcasing its dances.

Maxwell Nyandoro of Just In Time said witnessing how much Covid-19 has affected many people, the two groups decided to put together lyrics that speak to and motivate the ordinary person.

“We realised that most people had somehow given in to Covid-19 induced pressures, while some had lost hope so the song was composed to motivate and rescue them.

“We need people that are motivated to work, enhance their lives and improve the lives of their families despite the situation because the virus has been here for two years and it seems it is still around for much longer,” said Nyandoro, who is also a Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) officer and netball player/coach.

Nyandoro founded the Just In Time Crew in 2016 alongside his police counterparts Raymond Mutizwa, Hault Mucheni and Daniel Mbiza.

The crew has penned several songs addressing social aspects of life, with “Tinotenda”, a Heroes’ Day project propelling them to greater heights last year.

And Nyandoro feels the joint work with Iyasa will place them in the spotlight in show business.

“This time we worked with one of the best dance groups in the country Inkululeko Yabatsha School of Arts both on vocals and video.

“IYASA is a well-known group so doing a piece with them will amplify our fan base as well as publicity,” said Nyandoro.
