As we embark on the second half of the year, Zimbabwe, just like several other nations, is facing some huge challenges. We find ourselves in a tight economic place.  In 2008, many people’s pockets were full, but the shop shelves were empty.  Fast foward eight years and the shop shelves are full, but the pockets are now empty!Emotionally, however, most people have the same dilemma.

How am I going to put food on the table? How do l provide for my family?
Interestingly, the circumstances put us in a beautiful place if we embrace them. In Zimbabwe, we are in a much better place.

Many have little hope when it comes to human intervention that doesn’t compromise their convictions. They understand that human intervention is temporal and short lived.

However, for those who know the God of creation, He created the world from nothing. His supply is not short or limited.
His word tells us “my God shall supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory (Phil. 4:19) . . .

Jehovah Jireh is not limited by the cash flow in Zimbabwe when it comes to meeting the needs of His people.

His resources are not limited to the cash available in the country, He provides according to His resources and riches in glory.

The God who formed the world from nothing does not need an earthly solution to provide for His children.

Money is a man-made medium of exchange. God needs neither the USD, the ZAR nor any other currency to care for His children.

He makes rivers in the desert and streams in the wilderness.
Church, do not be anxious about which medium of exchange your Government makes available to you. Your heavenly Father is your source, not the USD, nor the ZAR, nor bond notes.

Provision is His responsibility.
Do not fear the medium of exchange because the source of your supply is He who will never fail. If we panic about who is printing the medium of exchange, we place our trust in the spirit of Mammon who controls these things.

If we trust our Father, any medium of exchange that comes through our hands will do the will of the Father and as we do that, He will ensure that our needs are met.

In the latter half of the year, may we be found faithful to be kings who plunder the wealth of this world and make the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our God and of His Christ!
