Let His will be done

“YOU can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.” — Proverbs 19:21

You are where you are to fulfil a purpose, not just any purpose, but your God-given purpose.

God’s plan and purpose for your life will always prevail.

“The Lord Almighty has sworn, ‘Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen’.” — Isaiah 14:24

In Psalms 33:11, the scripture tells us: “But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.”

The Almighty God we serve does not speak and not act, when God says He will do something, He will surely do it.

God’s desire for every believer is for us to discover and fulfil our God-given purpose for our lives.

God can do all things and no purpose of God can be thwarted.

“Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please’.” — Isaiah46:9-10.

Our God cannot be limited; no barrier can withstand His will.

No human forces or spiritual forces stand in the will of God.

Zechariah 4:7 reads: “Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain ground!”

Take note, though the “mountain” is “great”, it cannot stand in the will of God. Instead, it can be reduced to plain ground.

John, in Revelation 2:28, said “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

I pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the will of God be done in your life as it is written in the book of your life in heaven. May the Lord’s purpose prevail.
