What started off as a simple walk to kill time was later to become a valuable hobby in my life.
My love for the gym developed when I was 15 years old. The goal was simple: just to be healthy.
However, after I started developing a commendable physique, my perspective changed.
As my clothes became tighter and tighter, the urge to make an improvement grew.
But the journey was not always easy; there were nights when I felt my progress was not good enough and wished I could do more.
Initially, my peers thought I was just wasting time and they would laugh at me. But I knew I was onto something meaningful and the only way to change their perception was through positive results.
Three years later, staying fit and healthy has now become my daily priority and I am inspiring a lot of people. As soon as the last lesson ends, I find myself in the gym, having the time of my life.
I have managed to build a physique that surprises many.
The key to this success is my diet, coupled with an intense training regime, which consists of one-hour sessions per day.
I always thank God for the opportunity I get to work on my physical aspect.
Ronald “Ronnie” Coleman, an eight-time American Olympia champion, inspires me.
He always says: “If you can lift it up, it is light weight”.
