A great time at The Sunday Mail

The Sunday Mail

Natasha Nyashanu Form 3, Queen Elizabeth
As they say fortune will only knock once at a man’s door. Well, it knocked at mine a couple of weeks ago when I got the awesome opportunity to work for The Sunday mail for a whole week in a School on the Shopfloor programme.
I least expected to have such a divine blessing fall at my feet, a once in a life time opportunity to experience the life of a journalist. A new chapter was opened.

I went to work for The Sunday Mail as a journalist on industrial attachment representing my school.Personally I truly believe that this was an exposure that was worth the while and absolutely incredible. I got the honour of working with an amazing journalist by the name Lincoln Towindo. He taught me how to be a great journalist. I leant dozens of staff from him.My ultimate highlight at The Sunday Mail was an interview we had with Hounarable Minister Patrick Zhuwao when we were doing a special independence column on indigenization. The chance to work as a journalist for The Sunday Mail was an opportunity which opened greater doors in my life as new relations were formed.

The Sunday Mail opened a new chapter in my life.
This is my first step towards establishing myself out there in the world. as I prepare for a gleamy bright future for myself.
I would like to thank The Sunday Mail and Zimpapers for being my base line to a greater tomorrow as a journalist.
