I KNOW it sounds like a cliché but this game against Caps United will not be easy for us.

We are playing not just a good side but the champions. It’s not easy to be hosted by Caps United but we will do our best to compete and get a result.

The team has improved in terms of converting chances created and that is one of the major progressions we have noted from the first half of the season.

Being on top of the league is something we are not thinking much about and we are not under pressure at all as we have been in this position since the start of the sea-                                                                        son.

We have grown to appreciate the pressure that comes with being at the top. We are getting used to it although it will be a mammoth task to stay there until the end of the season because the competition is getting stiffer by each passing game.

Does the championship talk pop up in the dressing room? To be honest, there are times when the boys have come into the dressing room after a good win and said “if we continue to play like this, we will win this thing”.

But I have been quick to highlight to them that this is a marathon and that they need to take it one step at a time.

We don’t want to put ourselves under pressure by talking about any prospects of lifting the tittle now. We just want to enjoy the competition and talk about the tittle when the time comes.

The Caps United game is one of the many experiences we want to enjoy. It will be a good game of football for both sets of fans.
