WE need to give credit where credit is due.

With the exception of Tendayi Darikwa, who snubbed the Warriors call up and the unavailability of Macauley Bonnie, all our foreign-based players are in camp for today’s game.

Well done to Zifa for making sure that the players called up by the coach are available. Well done also to Zifa for securing the technical sponsorship of Joma, a well respected international sports brand.

For as long as things are being done properly and smoothly, we will praise and support the local soccer governing body.

It’s never personal.

With the new technical sponsor and the availability of all our players, today’s game promises to be a spectacle.

All that we need now as Zimbabweans is to come to Rufaro in our thousands, fill up the stadium and give maximum support to the boys.

Our Afcon dream is alive.

I have always believed that this group of players is our golden generation. Their international careers were disrupted heavily but now they have been afforded a perfect platform and opportunity to realise their Afcon dream.

Go Warriors Go!
