ELSHADDAI International Ministries will on Saturday re-launch the Elashaddai Women’s Fellowship (EWF) in Harare with hundreds of people expected to attend.
The event, which will be hosted by Apostle Patience Hove, has been themed “Spirit of Blessedness”.

“This is a reminder to all the women out there that they should come and experience the spirit of blessedness.

Women are a blessed group, after all,” she said.

“I am a pastor but my calling is to minister to women; to revive their marriages and encourage them to walk intimately with God.”

Apostle Hove explained that the women‘s fellowship was an effort to nurture women of integrity and honesty in their walk with God.

The event, she added, was open to women from across all church denominations.

Initially launched in 1994, EWF culminated into a full-scale ministry which saw the establishment of Elshaddai Ministries international.

“We used to have lunch hour services but things changed as the audience unexpectedly. Men also attended our prayer sessions which were supposed to be for women only. This saw the birth of our church,” said Apostle Hove.

She said the re-launch of EWF will be based on Matthew 5:1-9.

“These verses tell of a story of Jesus teaching multitudes and reminding them they were highly blessed despite life challenges. I also take it that I was called to minister and encourage God’s people to fight on regardless of life difficulties.

“EWF’s vision is to provide a platform for women from various backgrounds to unite and fellowship in God’s presence.”
