08.30AM: Everyone present gets summoned into the boardroom now. Off we go
08.33AM: Every Panelist has a laptop. Now we know what electronic voting entails.

09.05AM: Nine panelists were said to yet arrive at the start of the programme. Then five journalists walk in so four are missing now.
09.10AM And one is allowed to vote for themselves. So Norman Mapeza for example can vote himself as coach of the year. “We trust you will be responsible” says Vickers.
Steve Vickers is the convener of selectors. Auditors (Deloitte Zimbabwe) are now verifying the registration forms.
09.17AM This process will take an hours says Vickers….No voting for referee of the year, that’s the Zimbabwe Referees Association baby.
09.19AM Panelists now being given a tour of the electronic voting system before voting commences.
09.30AM The e-voting system is set up so it eliminates bloc voting. Our Sports editor (Panelist) says it looks good.
