AUTHOR and motivational speaker, Ms Rudo Nyamoto recently scooped two awards at the 2023 Women Changing the World awards.
Nyamoto authored the book: “Zvide -The Power of Loving You”.
Ms Nyamoto won a bronze medal in the Coach of the Year category, and a silver medal in the Women in Media category.
The Women Changing the World Awards recognise women achieving outstanding success in areas such as humanitarian work, leadership and advocacy.
Speaking to The Sunday Mail Online, Ms Nyamoto said her desire to empower the disadvantaged was triggered by her personal experiences.
“This work is so important because my voice and my story are all unique to me, no one can ever do me the way I do,” she said.
“My vision is to reach schools with my message so that the future sees a greater percentage of marginalised African schools adopting soft skills.”
