Zimbabwe has established a Commercial Court, which will be opened in Harare next week for purposes of dispute resolution and improving the ease of doing business in line with criteria set by the World Bank.
The Commercial Division of the High Court is also expected to help the attract local and foreign direct investment, our sister paper The Herald newspaper reported Tuesday.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa is expected to commission the new division next week, which will complement other divisions of the High Court such as the Fiscal Appeal Court, Special Court for Income Tax Appeals, the Intellectual Property Tribunal and the civil, criminal and family law divisions. – Xinhua
