Petrol and diesel prices have increased by US4 cents and US11 cents respectively with effect from Monday, the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (Zera) has announced.
Global fuel prices have been rising owing to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which began on February 24.
In a statement, Zera said petrol will now cost US$1,63, up from US$1,59.
Diesel has moved up to US$1,71 USD from US$1,60.
Government has been making interventions to ensure prices don’t rise exponentially.
