A HATCLIFFE couple have been arrested for allegedly killing their one-month-old daughter.
In a statement on Wednesday, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said the body of the infant was found with head injuries and missing a right ear.
“Police in Borrowdale arrested a couple, Fortunate Muchenje (35) and Joseph Bondoro (29), for allegedly killing their one-month-old daughter in Hatcliffe, Harare.
“The body of the victim was found with head injuries and had no right ear,” said police.
“The motive of the killing is not yet known. Investigations are in progress.”
