THE Zimbabwe Building Contractors Association (ZBCA) has pledged to work with Government in developing the necessary infrastructure that will enable the country to realise Vision 2030.
Engineer Hope Masendu, the ZBCA Northern Region chairman, last Friday made the pledge when the association signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tsapo Group.
Tsapo Group is a diversified company that deals in construction equipment, farming implements, renewable energy and an electrical car dealership.
“We pledge our support and we are looking forward to us working hand-in-glove with Government to develop the necessary infrastructure for Zimbabwe to achieve the Vision 2030 goals,” Eng Masendu said.
Said Tsapo Group operations manager, Mr Elliot Shoniwa:
“As the Tsapo Group, we are here to capacitate the building contractors. When they are capacitated, the contractors will then execute their mandate and help the country achieve both NDS1 and Vision 2030 goals.”
