RISING Zimdancehall artiste Ndunge Yut has taken a dig at fellow Zimdancehall chanter Freeman.

According to Ndunge Yut, whose real name is Givemore Bonde, Freeman’s song “Vakomana vedrip”, which is taken off his latest offering “David and Goliath”, mocks “ghetto youths”.

A livid Ndunge Yut said the “Joina City” singer, through this song, disrespected all the youths from high-density suburbs.

“This song, without doubt, disses ghetto youths.

“Freeman is clearly mocking us and calling us all sorts of names. As ghetto youths, we deserve better treatment than this,” Ndunge Yut said.

However, Freeman simply dismissed the “Ndaneta” singer as an attention seeker, who is trying to ride on his fame following the success of his latest album “David and Goliath”.

“This young man is neither blind nor deaf. He realised that my songs are currently ruling the roost, so he wants to draw attention to himself by starting an imaginary war against me,” said Freeman.

“I know the nature of the local music industry.

“Ndunge Yut is seeking relevance, and in his desperation, he tries to drag other people into his problems.”
