Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe’s MARS Ambulance Services has unveiled a new fleet of 14 ambulances fully equipped with intensive care facilities to provide quality healthcare.
Cassava Smartech chief executive officer Mr Eddie Chibi said the fresh investment will help in saving lives.
“Over the years we have seen lives, which could have been saved, needlessly lost due to lack of ambulance services,” he said.
“Every life counts and our investing in the new ambulances will increase accessibility to previously marginalised.”
MARS chief operating officer Mr Doug Mahiya said the ambulance services could be accessed through medical aid, cash, bank and mobile money transfer.
