HARARE CITY’S veteran skipper David Kutyauripo and tear away winger Talent Chawapiwa are back to full fitness.

However, defensive linkman Tendai Samanja limped off training Wednesday morning as the club stepped up its preparations for Saturday’s Chibuku Super Cup final against Dynamos.

Defender Chrispen Dickson, who suffered a knock in the 2-2 league draw against How Mine at Rufaro last Saturday, also trained with the rest of the players at the National Sports Stadium’s B Arena.

“Everyone is training as you can see, I am glad to have a compliment ahead of such a big encounter. Kutyauripo has recovered from a foot injury, Talent (Chawapiwa) is back after also recovering from a groin.

“They are both fit enough to challenge for places in the starting line-up. Dickson took a knock in that game against How Mine but he is doing better now, we will see as the week progresses,” said City coach Taurai Mangwiro.

The team went through a shooting practice under the watchful eyes of Mangwiro and his assistants Mike Madzivanyika  and Mkhupali Masuku.

Veteran keeper Tafadzwa Dube, who has been relegated to the bench by the inform Maxwell Nyamupanedengu looked sharp.

Mangwiro’s twin strikers Francesco Zekumbawire and Kudakwashe Kumwala, consistent defender Themba Ndlovu, pint sized linkman James Jam and defender Arnold Chiveya were some of the key players in the thick of things.

The Sunshine Boys clash with DeMbare at the National Sports Stadium hoping to make it right this time around after falling to FC Platinum in last year’s final at Mandava.

City dismissed ZPC Kariba in the semis while DeMbare got the better of Chapungu to set up what promises to be a mouthwatering encounter.

Winners will walk away with $75 000.
