08.00 – Today, the ruling ZANU PF will launch its 2023 Harmonised election campaign at Mutema Secondary School in Mutema- Musikavanhu constituency in Chipinge district
08.10 – Huge crowds are already gathered for the campaign launch at Mutema Secondary School. People started trickling in as early as 6 am
10.24 – President Mnangagwa is expected to officially handover an ambulance and an assortment of medical equipment to St Peter’s Checheche Catholic Mission Hospital before proceeding to Mutema Secondary School in Chipinge District for the launch of ZANU PF’s election campaign
11.02 – Various artistes entertain the crowds at Mutema Secondary School in Chipinge
11.55 – President Mnangagwa has arrived at St Peters Mission Hospital in Checheche, Chipinge District for the handover of an ambulance and medical equipment. He is accompanied by Vice President and Minister of Health and Child Care Dr Constantino Chiwenga and senior Government officials
12.06 – President Mnangagwa is also expected to launch a number of schemes in Chipangai area, Manicaland
The schemes, including goats, poultry, inputs, nutritious gardens and boreholes, are in line with the rural industrialisation agenda

14.08 – ZANU PF Manicaland provincial chairperson Tawanda Mukodza takes to the podium. He thanks President Mnangagwa for granting hero status to ZANU PF founding leader Ndabaningi Sithole
14.09 – He said all ZANU PF Manicaland province candidates successfully filed their nomination papers
14.15 – ZANU PF Political Commissar Mike Bimha takes to the podium. He says 2 743 candidates for the upcoming election have attended the campaign launch
