AT least three coaches are in danger of losing their jobs if they fail to win their respective assignments in an intriguing Match Day 13 of the 2018 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.

Dynamos’ interim coach Biggie Zuze is the most famous dead man walking.

Godfrey Tamirepi is not safe either at ZPC Kariba while in Zvishavane, Shabanie Mine fans are clamouring for Takesure Chiragwi’s head amid speculation that Tendai Chikuni could bounce at the struggling Chinda Boys.

Bottom placed Mutare City could also sack Joseph Takaringofa if the former Tanganda United forward fails to collect maximum points against Triangle at Vengere in Rusape this afternoon.

There are eight Castle Lager Premier Soccer League soccer matches lined up across the country this afternoon with the major highlight being the clash between defending champions FC Platinum and Chicken Inn at Luveve.

Former champions Caps United, will be looking to build on their midweek 3-0 win over inconsistent ZPC Kariba when they engage Yadah Stars at the National Sports.

Makepekepe are now on 20 points while Yadah moved to 10th position, following their 1-0 victory over Mutare City at the National Sports last Thursday.

Things are not looking good at all for ZPC Kariba coach, Tamirepi who has fallen out of favour with the club’s executive following an indifferent start to the 2018 campaign.

Failure to collect three points against Bulawayo City at Nyamhunga could signal the end of Tamirepi’s reign at ZPC Kariba who occupy the last relegation spot with 12 points in 13 games.

Former Dynamos coach Lloyd Mutasa and ex Chicken Inn gaffer Rahman Gumbo are being linked with the ZPC Kariba post.

Sources also claim that former Highlanders coach Bongani Mafu has also expressed interest in taking up the job.

Despite putting up a decent shift at arguably the league’s poorest team, it seems Shabanie Mine fans are fed up with coach Chiragwi.

Shabanie Mine are second from bottom with one win in 13 games and host debutants Bulawayo Chiefs at Maglas in a game that could decide Chiragwi’s fate.

Eighth placed Black Rhinos travel to Ascot to face stubborn Nichrut hoping to take their unbeaten run to five games.

Highlanders are eyeing another victory against Chapungu at Barbourfields to maintain pressure on log leaders Ngezi Platinum Stars and FC Platinum.

Bosso beat Bulawayo City 1-0 during the week and moved to 25 points while Chapungu, who recently replaced Chikuni with Rodwell Dhlakama lost 0-1 to Ngezi Platinum Stars at Ascot last Wednesday.

Chapungu are 15th on the table with 12 points and only enjoy a superior goal difference over ZPC Kariba who occupy the last relegation position.
