THE Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) are investigating a case of robbery where three unidentified male suspects who were armed with iron bars broke into a cottage in Harare and attacked two people before stealing US$15 000 and four cellphones.
The suspects loaded their loot into a vehicle of one of the victims and drove away.
The robbery occurred at a plot in Waterfalls, Harare, on June 20 at around 0220hrs.
“The suspects proceeded to the plot and attacked the occupants before stealing US$15 000 and keys to a Toyota Regius vehicle, registration number AFD 1490,” reads part of the statement from the police.
The police urged anyone with information about the robbers to report to any nearest police station.
