IN-FORM Ngezi Platinum Stars midfielder, Denver Mukamba, has not been included in the 25-man Warriors squad for the final two World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Ethiopia.
Zimbabwe will play South Africa in Johannesburg on November 11, before completing their World Cup qualifying campaign with a home fixture against Ethiopia three days later.
A lot has been said about Mukamba, whose dazzling form in the Chibuku Super Cup led some pundits into believing the former Dynamos star was now ripe for a return into the Warriors fold.
National team coach Norman Mapeza is, however, yet to be convinced by Mukamba, who has so far scored five goals in the Chibuku Super Cup.
But Mapeza has rewarded DeMbare keeper Taimon Mvula with a call-up.
Mvula has conceded twice from own goals in 12 Chibuku Super Cup matches.
Hotshot Leicester City winger Tawanda Maswanhise has also been called up for national duty, and so has Ipswich Town striker Macauley Bonne.
Hamburger SV linkman Jonah Fabisch is also in the squad.
Injured skipper Knowledge Musona has been left out.
