MULTINATIONAL aviation consultancy firm ALAS Group says it is interested in participating in the country’s transport and aviation sector.
In a statement, ALAS Group chairperson Mr Dustin Paul Wilden said: “ALAS Group has already set in motion a comprehensive plan aimed at revitalising Zimbabwe’s transport and tourism sectors.
“These efforts are set to unlock the country’s untapped potential and position it as a key player in the African tourism industry.”
ALAS Group Southern Africa chief executive officer Mr Shelton Nkomo said they are also committed to champion green energy initiatives in the country.
“Recognising the urgent need for sustainable development, the conglomerate plans to attract investments in renewable energy sources and technologies, (as well as) reducing the country’s reliance on fossil fuels,” he said.
