In this two-part series, we discuss and examine some pertinent issues relating to the topic “Creation not Evolution”.
Reflect and ponder
Justice demands that we take a close look at all that is around us and even at ourselves.
Careful thought, in line with the Divine summon to humanity to investigate and reflect upon the heavens, the earth, mountains, stars, plants, seeds, animals, the alternation of the night and the day, the creation of man, the rain and many other created things, will surely bring within a person, the recognition of the artistry of God’s creation in the world around him.
This will ultimately lead him to know his Creator, Who created the entire universe and everything in it from nothing. “Science” offers a method by which the universe and all the beings therein may be examined to discover the artistry in God’s creation, thereby communicating it to mankind. Religion, therefore, encourages science, adopting it as a tool by which to study the subtleties of God’s creation.
Yes, religion not only permits scientific study but also encourages it. Supported by the truths revealed through religion, scientific research may be conclusive and expeditious. The reason being that religion is the only source to provide accurate and definitive answers as to how life and the universe came into being.
It is worthy noting that science can achieve reliable results only if it adopts as its main objective the investigation of the signs of creation in the universe, and strives solely towards this end. It may actually reach its ultimate goal in the shortest possible time if it is pointed in the right direction, that is, if it is rightly guided.
Evolutionist ideology
Amazingly just some 150 years ago, Charles Darwin proposed a theory based on various observations made during his travels, but which could not be supported by any subsequent scientific findings. In essence, his theory of evolution consisted of various scenarios, assumptions and conjectures that Darwin dreamed up in his own imagination.
According to his evolution scenario, inanimate substances came together by chance to give rise to the first living cell. No doubt this claim was highly inaccurate, and one that could not be corroborated by any scientific evidence or findings.
Again according to that myth, this single-celled life form gradually and again by chance turned into the first living species of microbe in other words, it evolved!
According to the evolution error, all the life forms on Earth, from bacteria on up to human beings, emerged as the result of this same imaginary process!
Darwin’s claims were of course based on no scientific evidence or findings. But since the scientific understanding and technological means available at the time were at a fairly primitive level, the full extent of the ridiculous and unrealistic nature of his assertions did not emerge fully into the light of day.
In such a climate, Darwin’s scenarios received general acceptance from a wide number of circles. Thus, the theory of evolution has been around for a mere 150 years, and seems to have influenced many people’s views of the world.
The theory is a dogma that materialist scientists and philosophers are trying to impose on society under a “scientific” mask. The main foundations of this dogma, which has been disproved by modern science in many fields, are propaganda techniques consisting of cheating, forgery, contradiction, and sleight of hand.
Unfounded claims
We are all familiar with bees, grasshoppers, mosquitoes, flies, and many other insect species.
These tiny creatures that you frequently encounter have remained unchanged for millions of years. Evolutionists claim that they must have turned into what they presently are, from strange and unusual life forms during the imaginary evolutionary process.
Yet this never happened, and living fossils are clear proof of this. Had this actually happened – if the fossil records everywhere were full of intermediate forms… had these living fossils continued their development, as evolutionists maintain, then those evolutionists would have published books full of the evidence for this.
