No matter how many times life might knock us down, we can choose whether to get back up or give up. I never knew that great heights are possible for everyone.

Now I know that through focus, hard work, vision and prayer it is possible to do anything.
I have always been an average student academically. When I was doing my “O” Levels at St. Francis Assisi High School, I wrote 9 Zimsec subjects and one Hexco (Electronic Data Processing) and being an Average Student I got 4As, 3Bs, 2Cs and one Distinction.
But today, standing with my “A” level results it is a different case. I wrote 4 subjects at “A” Level, I expected 20 points but instead I scooped 18 points majoring in Commercials. For my two years at Christ Ministries College I have been dedicated and strived very hard to be second to none.
Someone might think I always read or probably had sleepless nights, but no it was only good time management. Students must try to avoid all kinds of distractions especially the social networking e.g. Whatsapp. If you make your flexible study timetable then your school life will be easy. I remember my study routine, as a day scholar I would walk from school for about 30 minutes and by the time I got home I would be tired, so I would sleep as early at 7pm and wake up at 11pm till 4:30am. I got motivated by my alarm tone KUKOSHA KWECHIKOROBHO by Killer T. This study routine was consistent everyday. At times while doing my Maths I played motivational songs e.g. Chris Martin – Prayer; Tocky – Usarare.
Basically school needs you to be a book person and a student who keeps trying, attends all classes and ask teachers questions. My success was made complete by my teachers and the whole Christ Ministries board. Credit also goes to my friends Liberty BOLT Bote, Loveness Gweshe, Patience Mudzongo and Stan BRIGGS Katiyo and also not forgetting my loving and caring parents who were always available and ready to cater for my every need.
Christ Ministries stands proud of its students. I give my thanks to the ever hard working and dedicated teachers who always stood for us and sacrificed their weekends to tutor us, the likes of Mr. Mafirakureva our Maths teacher. We might have good time management, all the books and teachers but without God we are never complete. Through prayer nothing is impossible and trust me when I say that God helps those who help themselves.
I consider taking Acturial Science and also Articles as a second option. I am seeking for a scholarship to study abroad. I hope to find a sponsor for my overseas education. I have just began my journey in the cooperate world. If all goes well I see myself standing as the next Strive Masiiwa. I also thank the two gentlemen who motivated me Tadiwa Mubvumbi and Masimba the former St. Faith students. Well today I have decided to join instead of just watch.I YUNG NIZZ say to all students around Zimbabwe the time is yours, either you use it or you lose it.Admire can be contacted at 0777 830 912 (Whatsapp call)
