FOR those who have always been wondering why opposition parties in Zimbabwe keep losing to Zanu-PF, they must have got the answers this past week.

A pro-MDC South African based think-tank, Afro-barometer last week said President Mugabe’s support is growing among Zimbabweans. No one solicited for this information from this think-tank.

But then the opposition parties in the country would not have any of it. Lovemore Madhuku of the NCA, Dumiso Dabengwa’s Zapu and Tsvangira’s MDC-T all dismissed the Afro-barometer findings.

Well, this denial will one day come back to haunt this puppets. These puppets are living in dreamland and they will soon find out.

The good thing is that Tsvangirai’s former advisor, Dr Alex Magaisa seems to have finally seen the light. He told The Herald that his former boss lacks strategy adding that the decision by the MDC-T to boycott elections is ill-advised as the party does not have an alternative plan.

Dr Magaisa knows Tsvangirai better and when he speaks we better listen and equally, when he speaks Tsvangirai should take time to listen.

Surely, Afro-barometer and Dr Magaisa can’t all be mad and only Tsvangirai is the sane one in all this. Those surrounding Tsvangirai should help him grasp a few realities about politics. Wake up Morgan and smell the coffee!
