Remove your mental blocks because they clog your motivation arteries. As you believe, so you become.
As you think, so you deploy your energy. Never lose your passion for greatness because it is a vital asset that will assist you in navigating through any challenges, limitations and obstacles.
Where you stand today is not as important as where you are going. It is not what happens to you that matters but what is happening in you. Do not put your future behind you. Put it before you and paddle towards it as though you are crazy. If you do not get crazy building your life towards the greatness that you have imagined, little things in life will drive you crazy instead.
How you think is as important as what you think. Think small and you will talk small, complain small, pray small, plan small, network small, remain small and then wonder why you are small. Never lose the confidence that you will prevail and that you are a winner. The winner is inside you before the winner is evident to everyone. All change is initially an inside job. It starts in your mind. If you do not change your mind, all other changes do not matter much because they may never improve you and you may never see that they have happened. It is not the social or economic statistics that matter, but the state of your mind that determines where you go and what you become.
You are a born winner — never lose your true identity. You are a seed of divinity, here for a purpose and endowed with mighty powers to create your life as you have imagined it. You have power to change whatever you face and to become whatever you dream. Elevate your dreams and scale your imagination. Think only noble thoughts because as you think so you create. Worry is wasted effort and misdirected energy.
Life is filled with so many commentators, experts and charlatans. The most important opinions are not the many that fly about. The most important opinion is the one that you have of yourself. See yourself as a grasshopper and you will start to behave like one and abuse others like one. Stop talking to other people so loudly and start talking to yourself loud enough for your spirit to hear.
The things that you say to yourself matter more than the things that other people say to you. Knock some motivating sense into your own head and drain it of the negative opinions of other people.
Mahatma Gandhi was right when he said: “I will not allow anyone to walk through my mind with their dirty feet.” Be too smart to be a dumping ground. Tell yourself who you are becoming and what your place in life will be. Tell yourself tales of greatness and programme yourself for success. Don’t let other people describe you based on your past or failures of yesterday.
Do let those with little faith write you off. Every day miracles are happening, great dreams are being realised and what once seemed impossible is becoming ordinary reality. Do not stop at what you have manifested, talk yourself into dreaming big and taking radical determined action. Do not let anyone tell you that there is no space for you. That is a red lie! Do not let other people condition you to live under the cloud of their own negativity. Carry your own cross through every obstacle you face.
The pictures that you carry in your mind matter more than anything that you are reading or seeing. When it comes to your life, you do not have the luxury of not having a personal radical opinion of your greatness. Pre-play your future with your imagination, adding colour and scale to this effort while you are at it. Rise and think big and bold. Dare things that are bigger than your past and that defy the predictions of losers and prophets of doom. Speak the words that inspire in you fresh faith and new confidence. Do not let losers tempt you to join their chorus.
Do not let the cynics recruit you into their base mindset and blind you of your potential. Do not let those who are going nowhere tempt you to park in their alley. Get busy with your life because life is not waiting and you do not have the luxury of entertaining boredom when you have such a large canvas of opportunity.
Whatever happens never lose hope. Do not die in the winter of your life. Never forget that life is a train of seasons and times. Seasons come and seasons go. Remain grounded. Bad cycles come and bad cycles go. Keep working your plan. Keep hope alive and burning.
As you know, above the cloud of despair, the sun is always shining bright. Hope is a currency with which you trade the present for the future. Hope keeps you alive and lights up your faith. Cure your fears by taking so much action that you become unstoppable.
Even if you are in a deep ditch, do not lose hope and do not lose faith. Keep dreaming, thinking and working. When hope dies, your energy atrophies. When you have hope, you have an unfair advantage over those who are despondent. When you are positive, you move faster in a season of widespread gloom. When others are asleep, that is the time to run and move forward. Keep hope alive and keep taking action and moving forward.
You are not stuck and you are not hopeless unless you choose to think so and recruit others to stand in your shadow. You are not marooned, unless you choose to create the prison walls in your mind. There is no wall that is so high that it cannot be scaled. There is no limitation that is so big that it cannot be overcome.
There is no place that is so far that it cannot be reached. There is no station that is so distant that you will never reach it. You are not stuck. There are possibilities and opportunities beyond your wildest dreams. How you think is more important than what you face. Face forward and see the bright sunlight. Face your shadow and you will see dark despair. Do not allow your fears to do your thinking. Replace foreboding with strategic planning of your next moves. Until you change your obsessions, you will not change your life.
Be obsessed with where you are going and not where you are not going. Be obsessed with great goals and magnificent dreams. Do not wait for daylight to dream, do it now. Find what works and build on it. Find what aids you and think about it. Waste no time with complainers and bitter critics. Do not join the ranks of the disaffected. Impossible is the word that defeated people use to blind themselves from the reality of vision.
Committed to your greatness.
