How does the Local Government Ministry allow the City of Harare to tell ratepayers that luxury SUVs for the Town Clerk and other officials are essential for implementation of an already allegedly overpriced US$144 million water infrastructure project?

Right now we are cracking heads on some US$3 million that disappeared at CMED as if we do not have a police force and anti-corruption unit that can take a stroll to their offices, scan a few documents and pull out the handcuffs.

Should we talk about under-receipting and transfer pricing in the minerals sector? How about the many other shenanigans going on in public and private offices all over Zimbabwe while on the streets we celebrate the under-culture of ai???dealingai????
