NJS aspire to continuously improve by investigating alternative programs and resources that broaden educational opportunities for the pupils. The school’s improvement plan is described below detailing the way in which they work to ensure that all children achieve their maximum potential. Our top five priorities are:

  1. Pupil Progress — all children should make good progress and be successful.
  2. Meeting every child’s need — Having high expectations for whole- child development.
  3. Quality teaching and learning — Teaching and learning provides secure foundations for ongoing and lifelong success.
  4. High aspirations for all children – By inspiring ambition and equip all children to become independent, highly motivated and active learners.
  5. Leaders and leadership — All children are leaders and drivers in professional role, development and performance.

At NJS, they are mindful that the primary school years are an important time in education life.  Children’s attitudes toward themselves and their lives are determined at this stage. Learning is   through creative thinking, getting involved and becoming competent and self-assured persons.
