CELEBRATED Nigerian gospel musician Osinach Kalu, affectionately known as Sinach, has promised Zimbabwean fans to expect an explosive night of praise and worship when she performs in the capital next month at the Glamis Arena. The award winning artiste told her thousands of fans in a pre-recorded video that October 15 will be a night to remember for Christians who enjoy gospel music.

“Hello Zimbabwe, this is Sinach and I am coming to you on 15 October 2016 at Glamis stadium. I want you (fans) to come with your friends because we are going to have an exciting time of praise and worship, an exploring time in the presence of God, I will see you there,” she said.

Sinach will be supported by Christ Embassy Southern Africa music director, Assent Tweed who has also a polished act.

The multi-talented musician said, “I am ready for Zimbabwe and everyone should come and worship the Lord with us in Harare on October 15.”

One of the show organizers, Mr Giles Madzure said preparations for the gospel extravagance are progressing well with fans being expected from neighbouring countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Malawi.

“The show is not a one church event, it’s an interdenominational concert which will give Christians a chance to worship the Lord. Everyone is free to come and worship God at the Glamis Arena.

“In addition, Sinach is excited about the forthcoming show and it wasn’t easy to get her to perform in Harare, it’s only by the grace of God,” he said.

Mr Madzure also added that Sinach will be supported by local groups such as Heartfelt Choir, United International Family Church (UFIC) choir and the Call to Worship group from Jabula New Life Ministries International.

“We chose young and upcoming groups so that we also give them a chance to share the stage with some of the best gospel artists in Africa,” he said.

Tracks that are familiar with gospel lovers from the diva include “Awesome God”, “Simply Devoted”, “I am Ready for Your Spirit”, “Shout of the King”, “All things are Possible”, “Born to Win”, “Fire in Me”, “More of You”, “No Failure with God” and “This is Your Season”.

Those attending the show will pay US$10 for ordinary tickets, $100 for VIP tickets and $200 for VVIP tickets.

Sinach, an award winning songwriter, worship leader and recording artiste, is a key member of the LoveWorld Music team of Christ Embassy who started singing at a very young age.

The musician hails from Ebonyi State and she studied Physics at the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
