Enrichment of oral vocabulary in the ECD textbooks is enhanced by the use of colourful and detailed pictures and interest aroused by the picture stories is carried over to the exercise section of each book. In line with the new philosophy, the books put a lot of emphasis on educational excursions and experimentation in to stimulate cognitive development of the learners.

Secondary

Similarly, the Secondary textbooks published by Priority Projects Publishing are driven by the philosophy of the new curriculum approved by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

They focus on empowering learners to become responsible citizens of Zimbabwe who are loyal, skilled, resourceful and critical thinkers with a sense of belonging and patriotism.
