How Zim won the World Cup.
ZIMBABWE landed the deal to host the Brazilian national football team after almost a year of intermittent consultations between the governments of the two countries, it has emerged. The deliberations also involved discreet visits between the two countries’ representatives. In total, the South Americans’ match agents visited Zimbabwe about four times while Zimbabwe Tourism Authority chief executive officer Mr Karikoga Kaseke led the reciprocating team.
