IT is a known fact that we are all living in a world of “crisis”. The term crisis is any event which leads to an unstable situation. All over the world, there are wars, accidents, financial crisis, outbreak of new diseases, companies closing as well as economic and social disintegration.
Due to the fact that people all over the world are in search of answers to solve their everyday challenges, they have given up their God-given responsibility for their self-development and are blaming the current economic and social systems of their respective societies.
People have lost touch with God their Creator, to the extent that they are creating their own ideas on how to live victorious lives on earth.
People have become ignorant to the truths of God’s word and this is proven by living in defeat constantly everyday of their lives. God said, “Because you have rejected knowledge, l must reject you as well.” Meaning if there is an area in your life you are suffering defeat, it simply means you are doing something the wrong way.
Therefore, it is time that people swallow their pride and start consulting God why He placed them on Earth, which is the purpose of your existence. Therefore, Embracing the Gift of Leadership is a multi-dimensional leadership based book that serves as an instrument to directing the focus of people towards seeking to hear from God on individual basis, why they exist on His planet Earth, which is the “purpose” of your existence.
Furthermore, the book sees everyone as a leader primarily through their area of God-given talents and gifts.
It seeks to put management positions as a secondary leadership type, which is bestowed upon people but not something that is chased after.
Hence, it provides a framework for people to seek their room in the world through identifying their talents and following their “passions” for it is a feeling-based inbuilt system placed by God to help each individual identify their roles easily.
The book also provides knowledge based on God’s word to those who would have managed to identify their roles but are on the edge of challenges to see them as bread for them to feed on not as obstacles to their success.
The God-way of seeing challenges meant to inspire innovation in each and every one.
It is a written platform for citizens of different African countries to cultivate personal development first before contributing to national development, for a developed nation consists of developed individuals.
