You are destined for greatness — it is your birthright!
When you do not know what freedom you have, you will always behave like a bond-servant or victim begging for passage through life.
When you do not know what abundance you have, you will always be obsessed with shortage, insufficiency and assume that you always need to be sponsored, pampered and pitied.

Life can be a different experience when you start thinking differently.
You are far larger than your most daunting doubts and fazing fears. You are a child of the Universe and a fitting prince who can declare things boldly and they happen.
With your words you weave your life experiences. With your thoughts you are threading your world together.
You are a walking powerhouse, filled with awesome potential and holding great keys to greatness. You have awesome power in your tongue, head, hands, heart and feet.
Dreams do come true and yours are not an exception. Dream great dreams and pursue them purposefully with earnestness, enthusiasm and energy.
There is nothing small about your life that you should park at mediocrity. Do not go micro when you can be macro. Lunge forward towards your greatness.
The keys you need are available, accessible and you can reach for them any time. You can unleash the keys to your greatness anytime you really choose to start doing life differently, and daily you will see your life change.
You are like an air-worthy aeroplane, you are made to fly.
It is too early to be a museum, get into action. You cannot just sit in park-mode forever. You have to get in motion and take off to some worthy destination.
You will have many days when you are dead, for the time being get into action before you are a mere memory.
Taxi to the runway of your life: move into position, gear your mind for take-off. The higher up you rise, the bigger the horizon you will see and the ever-widening canvas of possibilities appear.
If where you are feels crowded and cramped, you are sitting low and playing your game at mediocre levels. It is time to rise to a new place.
Do not waste time being angry and bitter with others, whoever they are or whatever role they play. Direct all that energy to yourself.
Now, surge forward with drive and determination; run hard and take off to your greatness.
You do not belong where mediocrity sings lonely, long songs of moaning and complaining, and choruses of prolonged disaffection.
You are too busy to be bored and too focused to waste precious time in purposeless debates.
Stop thinking wild and focus your efforts and energies of spirit, body, mind and soul. Waste no more time in idle despair, and carrying bitterness.
Start running and you will take off.
If you have to wear blinkers, wear them if they will give you ferocious focus. You can time-table where you begin but you cannot easily plot when you will then take off on your greatness journey.
Get into the ring, get on to the runway, start the flywheel of action, start spinning.
You are destined for the great take-off.
Language
Anytime you have an opportunity to learn a language, learn it. It is part of your adaptive capability and opens new doors of relationship and understanding. Never waste a language learning opportunity, it is a great door and it opens space.
Skill
Anytime you have an opportunity to learn a new skill, take it. Never be too lazy to attend a workshop or course, simply because you want to finish some routine tasks.
If your job is offering courses, take them. If you have to put in extra time to learn, invest. Be the highest learner, the biggest customer of your local bookshop.
Be known as a learning enthusiast. Always have a growing personal library. This is a great key to greatness.
Listen
Any time you have the opportunity to be in the presence of someone great, listen and learn; listen and listen some more.
You do not change by parading the little you know, you change by knowing something new.
There is never a need to be the loudest voice in the room; just be the one with the longest ears. If you have no chance to speak, do not worry you can always do that in your sleep. Look, listen and learn.
When you open our ears to listen, your world will grow and you will stumble upon exciting and great things. Open your ears and your soul, and many people will love you for it.
Books
Any time you have the opportunity to buy a book, do not hesitate or put it off – buy it! You do not read a book it is but as you are.
Some books sit and wait patiently on your bookshelf, waiting for you to be ready. Some books are not to be read in full but kept for the right moment of inspiration.
Do not be disappointed because there are books you bought and have not read. Do not give away books because you have read them. A single read is never quite enough.
Read with a marker/pen.
Engage with the content you read and knowledge will be branded into your head. Make friends with books and read widely and daily.
Befriend people who read and be suspicious of those who do not.
Travel
Anytime you have an opportunity to travel, take it. Travel is a giant text book. You learn a lot in travel that you would have never learnt in any other way.
Travel and be mindful as you travel. Take a lot of pictures and open your mind for inspiration. Open your mind to new experiences and your life will expand immeasurably.
Never forget: your village is not the world’s end.
Blessing
Any time you have an opportunity to pray for and wish someone well do so. Any time you have the opportunity to bless and encourage someone, go ahead.
Your small affirming word could just be that last straw that could save someone. You may be the remaining living soul that could encourage them. Your words could be the last thread of encouragement you were looking for. Every time you are prompted to tweet something worthwhile go ahead, you may just inspire someone.
Writing
Anytime you have an opportunity to write, go on and write. An unwritten thought may evaporate.
Whether what you write will be published or not, just write. Not writing is selfishness of the highest order.
Writing is important, it documents thought. Writing is a drink from the river of inspiration. Drink deep and share your thoughts to enrich the world.
To live long and not write much is to live dangerously.
Action
Anytime you can take action, take it. Move and the whole universe will move with you.
In demand everywhere are rainmakers — people of action. Movers and shakers are more valuable than moaners and complainers.
There are too many people talking at the top of their voices, fewer still taking meaningful, determined and resolute action to make a difference. Reduce your volume and drama; just amplify your actions.
Do not stop acting and making a difference simply because other people have grown cold and cynical.
The size of your action is mere interpretation. You never know which of your actions snowballs into a flame and movement for good. There is no small or big action, all there is a action. Period. So act now!
Og Mandino (1923-1996) was an interesting and inspirational man. He had a simple but effective writing and motivating style that I admire.
In one of his books, “The Greatest Salesman,” he left us a scroll with these words to be read by anyone who may: “Act now. I will act now. I will act now. I will act now. Henceforth, I will repeat these words each hour, each day, everyday, until the words become as much a habit as my breathing, and the action which follows becomes as instinctive as the blinking of my eyelids.
“With these words I can condition my mind to perform every action necessary for my success. I will act now. I will repeat these words again and again and again. I will walk where failures fear to walk. I will work when failures seek rest. I will act now for now is all I have. Tomorrow is the day reserved for the labour of the lazy. I am not lazy. Tomorrow is the day when the failure will succeed. I am not a failure. I will act now.
“Success will not wait. If I delay, success will become wed to another and lost to me forever. This is the time. This is the place. I am the person.”
Do not wake up to moan and groan like a victim. Wake up to affirm, confess, mutter, whisper, declare and shout out loud: “I will act now, I will act now, I will act now.”
Enough said already, it’s time for action. Act now towards your greatness.
Your greatness is waiting for you. No one will come to your bed, wake you up and throw you up on your feet. You have to get up and start doing. No one will come to your house and start taking action for you. Control your environment and take action. You have to take charge and move forward. Act now.
The room is ready for you. Take action, make something great happen and you will never be disappointed. Do not wait for others to act, while you watch. Act now and see greatness come forth. No government will come to change your thinking for you. You have to do it yourself.
Act now towards your greatness.
